The Final Stretch.

Home inspection was a big thumbs up all around. The entire family showed up for the walk through. Obviously, there are a few things we need to do a few repairs on, nothing major, closing off some wires, adding some insulation to the attic and filling a couple of cracks. If you ever need a home inspection done in Regina, the guy we used was top notch and is highly recommended. Anyway, gas is next, that’s free so that’s awesome and then pretty much one more week until we can move in. I’m pretty excited, I don’t know how I’m going to deal with living in two places while we redo the hardwood. I’m a bit of a 4 year old in that respect. Yeah, yeah, yeah, in more ways than that but you get what I mean.
