John Gruber on iPhone availability in the US. This line pretty much sums up my thinking:

So much for my “just wait a week and then cruise in and pick one up in five minutes” plan.

Rogers and other reseller sales staff seem pretty uninformed on when refresh shipments are expected to arrive. It’s all wait and see.
