Clearleft.

Clearleft’s usability software Silverback is now available for download. It looks really interesting. Perhaps you have a site with no direct links, you could use it to see how frustrated users get when they have to go through several steps of navigation to get to something they found interesting. Or maybe you could use it to see if vision impaired users are able to navigate your site or have content read to them via a screen reader. Worth a look.
