Seen and touched.

Finally had the opportunity to pick up a MacBook Air and, yes, it is as sexy as they say and seeing one in the flesh certainly does stir my techno-fetishism (the “Oh my god that’s beautiful. Holy cow that’s thin. Is that monitor brighter than mine?” part of my brain that’s always looking for the newest thing). Seeing it beside a 24″ iMac puts things in perspective. There’s always the thing you want and then there’s the thing you could actually use but it doesn’t stop the desire.
