Down the toilet.

And again. It’s round two of “the failed musical adventures of a young man”. This time we’ll be featuring Bullmarket, a band started by, well, getting the old band back together but naming it something else. The goal was to become the first publicly traded band. For real. At least that’s what I wanted to do. You dump some money into the band, we see if the stock rises and you maybe get paid out a dividend if there’s money to be had. Like you, you could have invested though I’m sure you would have never seen any return since, you know, I didn’t. This album featured the singing of a fine young lady’s younger brother, my sister, Jonah Krieser of Ghosts of Modern Man and a lighter shaped like a naked lady who’s nipples lit up as she played a tune and spit fire. Listen carefully for the organ part from EC’s Pump It Up in the background of one song and some pretty nice piano playing on my part in another that I totally messed up by adding some lame ass guitar part to. Vocals were pretty much recorded while we were drunk in the hopes that we’d sound a little less, um, scared? lame? goofy? Who knows. It was fun. We took forever to record it because we didn’t seem to really care which it turns out was probably the best course of action. Some standouts actually. I still really like the title track (a song that relates four colour offset lithography to black womens underwear and sex oddly enough), I enjoy listening to Jonah sing on this one and I thought I almost sounded like I could play guitar in our dub inspired Best/Worst Case Scenario. Lot’s of fun and was a great last thing to do with our other guitarist Dale. One of the funniest, nicest, most dear people you will ever meet. Yeah it was fun, it was just before I freaked out and moved to Calgary, it’s 47 MB, it was…
