Throw a kit.

Meant to link to this a while ago. From TC who has a scooter and by all signs is not totally opposed to the idea of a fold up bicycle gang though his suggestion was a moped gang. Sounds like a good idea. Anyone who would like to get involved is welcome to comment here. Short list of the people I would most like to see on a moped? Certainly.
